It deserves its 3 stars. Breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk.

Ambience of hotel is quiet! Our deluxe suite had a heating system, a sitting area and a couch bed. It's just walking distance from Big Daddy's Bar with nice drinks and cocktails.

The location was great, with the orange couch nearby. Royal street and other tourist spots were next to this hotel. Even the New Orleans Lakefront airport was not so far. Faubourg Marigny district certainly deserves to be visited❤
